Unfortunately, the 24/7 desk service was sometimes unhelpful. When I needed assistance finding nearby entertainment options, the staff seemed more preoccupied. It was disappointing not to have good parking facilities for larger vehicles. I struggled to find a secure spot during my stay.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We hit up the Ross Barnett Reservoir for some fishing and jet skiing. The breakfast spread was awesome, and the staff was really helpful with local tips. Perfect spot for a group getaway.
The elevator was a hassle during our stay. One of my friends got stuck for ten minutes, which was pretty scary.
